What shipping methods are available?
|
We ship orders via United States Postal Service (USPS), USPS Priority Mail, and UPS. You will be able to select your desired shipping method when placing your order.

When will you ship my items?
|
*Most items leave our warehouse within 24 to 72 business hours from the time you place your order. If the item you have requested is out-of-stock or discontinued we will ship what is in stock and put the remaining item(s) on back-order to be shipped when/if available. You will not pay any additional shipping charge for second shipment of back-ordered items.

When will I receive my order?
|
We ship orders from our warehouse in California. Estimated shipping time for delivery to East Coast is 5 to 7 business days, Mid West is 4 to 6 business days and West Coast is 2 to 4 business days. Most RUSH Delivery orders received by 12 P.M. PST Monday through Friday will ship within 24-72 hours and should be received within 2-4 business days anywhere in the continental United States. International shipping and delivery times vary.

How do I know my order went through?
|
Right after you submit your order, if you provide a valid email adress, Amco Cellular sends you an email confirming that your order has been received. This email details a listing of the items you ordered and provides relevant information pertaining to your order. It's always a good idea to review that email to make sure you ordered correct items and quantities. You will also receive a second email after your order has shipped. This email will contain a shipment tracking number for your reference.

I made a mistake in my order. What do I do?

We all make mistakes. In case you need to change your order, we ask that you email us as soon as possible at sales@amco-cellular.com .You do not need to call us as we check all emails for corrections before processing any batch of orders.

Will you charge tax on my order?
|
Since we are a California based company, California law requires that we charge applicable sales tax to orders from residents in that state. No taxes are charged to residents of any other state.

We charge your credit card when your order is placed. Most orders will ship within 24-72 business hours. We make every possible effort to make sure your order ships as soon as possible. We want you to be happy and we want you to be a long-term customer.

What is my order number?
|
Your order number can be found in the subject line of the email sent to you upon receipt of your order. It's the last four digits shown as XXXX in the phrase "Order 123accessories4nokias-XXXX". The same phrase also appears in the top line of your invoice sent along with your shipped order.

What is your return policy?

At Amco Cellular we guarantee customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return an item to us within 30 days for a full refund of it's cost.

How do I return an item?
|
Simply repackage your purchase and ship it back to us using the return address on your shipment box. In case you no longer have the shipment box, our return adress is Amco Cellular, 29399 Agoura Rd. Suite 103, Agoura Hills, CA 91301. You will NOT need an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number for this return shipment. Simply, after making the return drop us a brief email at sales@amco-cellular.com to notifiy us that the return has been made. As soon as we receive the item we will process your return. Please include a copy of your invoice along with the return shipment, so we may process your return faster.

My item was damaged in shipment. What do I do?
|
If your item is damaged in shipment, simply return the item back to us and notify us via email. We will replace the damaged item for free. You will not incur any cost as a result of this replacement.

Shipping charges are refunded only in cases where there is an error on our part or if you do not receive the correct item.
